General Hospital Nightshift Season Two Scoop!

There have been RUMORS regarding General Hospital: NightShift Season Two and now we have the casting calls out for three new characters to join the cast of the primetime spin-off.

"NIGHT SHIFT" IS A 13-EPISODE PRIMETIME SPINOFF AIRING ON "SOAPNET" TO BEGING TAPING JUNE 23, 2008 FOR 13 WEEKS AND WILL BEGIN AIRING LATE JULY 2008.

DR. SAIRA REDDY Late 20s to early 30s, beautiful Indian-American doctor. She is intelligent, passionate and complex. She is a doctor in alternative therapies...SERIES REGULAR. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT SOUTH ASIAN ACTRESSES.

DR. CRAIG JULIAN 26-28, Caucasian. A new resident at General Hospital. Handsome, charming, fun-loving and passionate. An appealing young man struggling with the fact that his family has never fully accepted him for who he is...SERIES REGULAR.

DR. CLAIRE SIMPSON 26-28, Caucasian, blonde. A new resident at General Hospital. She is warm, outgoing and appealing. She is beautiful and yet accessible. She is on the journey of figuring out work, love, sex and friendship -- and has a knack for making bad choices...SERIES REGULAR.

According to RUMORS, the character of Saira has scenes with Dr. Leo Julian and it appears that some of these new docs may be interns at GH. Saira also shares scenes with Claire. I am assuming that Leo and the new character of Dr. Craig Julian are related.
