I posted this on Pine Valley Podcast, but AMC has jumped the shark. Not sure when, but for sure today, when Zach lifted baby Simba or whatever the kid's name is in the air.

I can't take it much more, they have ruined my Angie and Jesse. Hired bad actors, kept others like Aidumb like I call him on Pine Valley Podcast. Jamey I respect your opinion, am I wrong?

ChiTownFan it doesn't look good these days. AMC is like a better lit Guiding Light.

Bringing back Di Henry? Who cares? That's NOT the sister most viewers want!

I've said it before. AMC is the Titanic and instead of steering away from the iceberg (i.e. telling compelling stories about established characters we care about) TPTB is too busy rearranging deck chairs (hire nuColby even though there was nothing wrong with the old one! Keep characteres like AiDumb and Annie on even though they're cartoonish and have no purpose! Work Alicia Minshew to the bone! Involve Super Ryan in every story! Bring on Angie's daughter, Cassandra and then dump her a.s.a.p.! Recast Babe, a character few viewers like, and then kill her off!) In other words, keep the actor revolving door moving at all times. If you can't convince the viewers the show is good, maybe you can confuse 'em enough about who's playing who that they'll no longer care. I know I'm just about there.

I liked Di, but if it's only temporary, why not go and get Kelli Giddish to come back?
And what the hell?! It seems like AMC just refuses to give the viewers what they want and bring DIXIE & BROOKE back!!!!

As Courtney fan4life stated, don't get all excited about this. Ravenbeauty spoiled it in a casting call and I don't exactly agree that Annie is the reason but she is the catalyst. Probably because of the situation is the reason Kelli Giddish didn't return.

This is simply a plot device. Can anyone see a reason to truly bring Di back unless it was to get rid of the character? AMC is just pulling some strange strings as of late. I don't agree Jesse and Angie has been ruined. The actors are good enough to pull this off and really - okay, Jesse lied but given the circumstances, he can be somewhat excused. Angie just has to put her foot down to Jesse about not giving her full disclosure. But I couldn't possibly be the only person who thought Jesse had another life out there? Remember - he never expected to return to Angie and Frankie.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole Roots moment with Zach holding up the baby... "Behold! The only thing greater than yourself!" I was kind of hoping he would say the words so I could get a really good laugh out of it...

I don't understand why they feel the need to kill off Di. I'm really confused by that decision. And, I still feel Annie should turn out to be Ray Gardner's long lost daughter.

I'm a little irked by this whole Jesse thing. I think it would have been better if he didn't know he had a child, instead, of hiding it. It doesn't make him look good, trying to get her to go away so Angie and Frankie don't find out.

And don't get me started on the nonsense of Zach being Bianca's baby daddy and them not clearing it w/ Kendall. When did Zach and Bianca become so dumb?! And is what Zach did for Bianca supposed to be similar to what Kendall did for Greenlee?

Uhm, they can bring back Di for two days to kill her off, but cannot bring back an actual LIVE Dixie??? That makes the kind of sense that doesn't.
