Michael Rosenbaum may be playing a smaller role on this season of Smallville, but Justin Hartley sure doesn't seem to be. In addition to playing a pivotal role in the season premiere, Thursday's episode "Toxic" revolved entirely around Hartley's character the Green Arrow. Take your best shot at captioning this picture or the one of Hartley after the jump.

Damn.... I hate Lindsay Hartley. Bitch, has great taste. Get him back on soaps, people — and offer him LOADS of cash.
He won't come back when he is has a development acting deal with The CW and is taking a larger role on Smallville....
Lord Jesus don't let that boy even take a CALL from one of these soaps! I would drive to LA with a switch I cut off my tree and beat his behind if he even returned a call from Brian Frons!
