According to online reports, Ingo Rademacher (Jasper "Jax" Jacks) has signed a new deal with General Hospital. The actor took to his message board and gave his fans the update.

Hi Everyone,

I can't believe another year has come to an end. A lot has happened. You'll all be happy to know that I just signed another contract with the show and I am looking forward to the upcoming story line.

As for my personal life, I will only be taking a short break this xmas so you won't even know I'm gone on air. The Family (I can say that now) and I are off to Hawaii for 2 weeks to relax and meet with family and friends., etc.

I guess I am glad he resigned, and glad he is taking a shorter vacation.... i guess

I look forward to a 'good' jax's storyline if that is what's coming lol

how about this for a sl: jax opens a gym/physical therapy center. he never speaks and just walks around like the yummy picture above. then laura can do her pt there; carly can go back to nursing; robin can get her pre-baby body back (okay she already has); sam can work on her injury dujour and we get to stare at a rock hard bodies because you know all the police need to work out, jason's bound to be shot again, and liz and lucky can work out their sexual frustration over their respective non-mates. can you imagine ric and claudia running into each other all panting and glistening with sweat? i see much protentionl.

podcastjunkie, it's pretty obvious that Vanessa Marcil is the reason. I feel that GH is holding out for her to return so they can redo the Sonny/Brenda/Jax triangle ad nauseam.
