AMC's Laura Allen Cast on Grey's Anatomy

Laura Allen (ex-Laura English, AMC) has kept herself rather busy since leaving All My Children. She' s been appearing on everything from House MD to The 4400 to Dirt. Next we'll see the AMC Alum on Grey's Anatomy as someone from Major McHottie's past. According to Matt Mitovich over at TVGuide, Allen will play Owen's (Kevin McKidd) ex-lover.

Why does GA keep casting?? Why not just write fort the charachters that are alread on the show!!

I agree Revafan! They need to concentrate on writing good stories for the characters they already have! Shonda better do something to clean up that mess known as Grey's Anatomy!

Laura Allen is a perfectly fine actress but there is no way she's going to be able to hold her own with those two actors. They'll act circles around her.

I happy for Laura (even though that hotmess Dirt was a joke she did some firce acting on that show). Too bad she is doing a guest stint on a show that has completly lost my respect.
