Lisa Rinna No Longer Honking For Melrose

Recent Playboy model Lisa Rinna won't be returning to Melrose Place for the upcoming remake after all. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, she said:

"I don’t think I wanna go back anymore. Seriously, I watched some old tapes recently - Harry and I were going through stuff. It doesn’t feel right! It feels weird. I’ve changed my mind. You can’t go back!"  

Just over a month ago, she took to the streets with placards imploring passing motorists to "Honk 4 Lisa Rinna On The New Melrose Place." Could it be that they don't want her back, and she knows it?

I guarentee she gave it up because she didn't get very many honks. NONE AT ALL.

Your face is so messed up no one will hire you to see that mug on their TV set week after week. Not to mention when you're shamelessly begging for a job that they didn't even consider hiring you for, well I guess saying it "doesn't feel right" is the spin you have to tell yourself.

She looks pretty damn good in those Playboy Photos. Say what you will about her lops and all,the woman's body looks fantastic!

Re: Melrose Place...the nostalgia appeal comes from the original castmembers, not latecomers. That's why 90210 has brought back Shannen and Tori over, say, Tiffani Thiessen and Vanessa Marcil.

I AGREE 100% WITH YOUR COMMENT! I didn't really like her on Melrose Place and if they brought her back before some of my other favorites I would be upset.

i.e. she's saying this because she begged and pleaded to come back but they said she's aged too much and she's haggard looking to be on a show like MP.
I never thought Lisa Rinna would be someone I would get tired of reading about.

I don’t know what the photograph of Playboy has against her, but her face look like a mess in all the photos we saw so far!

I think that there comes a time, when being seen too much, is NOT a good thing for your career!

Let's see if I have this straight. I beg for someone to hire me; instead, I'm rejected. I post semi nude for Playboy to show that employer I "still have it" and they laugh. Again, I lie down, take off clothes, pose for .... my husband, and submit the picture with the following caption: "Sorry, not interested in the job any longer."

Lisa, your "days" are over. Get a day job and just go away.

As much a joke as Lisa's become now, she was really great as Billie from '92-'95, and her stint on Veronica Mars was fabulous.

Alistair she was AMAZING as Billie Reed. She's the only Billie as far as I am concerned, and I am SO glad she was Taylor on MP, instead of that ham Hunter Tylo, but she has become a sad joke of late. Sad

I need to rewatch her stint on Veronica Mars, but was she really 'that good'? All i remember her doing was standing around drinking and then going off the bridge lol.
