The tears are starting already. First last night, now this promo.It is too bad it does not feel like things are wrapping up on the show.

Sniff, I don't want it to end

So sad, this really puts the ending in perspective. Seeing all summer we've had to hear "The Summer is for Guiding LIght..and certainly not the fall". It's terribly sad. God Bless GL. Could they really be bringing the lighthouse back? Or is that just a nice promo editor's attempt to make the fans happy?

If it doesn't feel like things are wrapping up on the show could be because the three couples featured here- Olivia & Natalia, Josh & Reva, Philip & Beth- are no where near together! With a few weeks left!

Yeah, this really got to me, seeing this promo. I am just so up an down about things. One minute I convince myself its for the best the show is ending, and then another part of me just wants to see these characters forever, because their stories are far from over. I don't know what I am gonna do with myself when 2 pm rolls around and there is no Guiding Light.

Yea that promo was good, made me a lil teary kinda reminded me when Angel went off the air (yes i'm still bitter and that show was on the air just 5 years imagine how bitter I am about GL) its strange how Otalia gets to be the first shown since I would think it would be Reva and Josh and i'm an Otalia fan but oh well i'm reading to much into it loved the promo ten times better than last night.

This 'ending' of GL promo moved me too ..sniff sniff...The last GL promo to move me was the CBS promo for GL's 70th Aniv. with the song "This Little Light of Mine". That song and accompanying video was cool.

I caught this today during Y&R and I had to do a doubletake. I agree with the previous posters who said this promo is better than last night's tribute... I got misty eyes watching this.

So sad. Oh, my beloved GL.

It is just killing me that this show is coming to an end. I don't know what I am going to do with myself with out my beloved GL. {sigh}

For anyone who is interested Michael Fairman has the full version of his Emmy tribute to GL on his website. He said it had to be cut down and in addition to that TPTB preferred a change in the direction of the package that he prepared.

That promo made me so sad. I knew the show was ending just like evryone else did, but that just seemed so final.

Very sad that it's coming to an end, nice to see CBS showing it in a commercial at least!!!
