Rachel Melvin in Heroes Season Premiere

Rachel Melvin made a short-lived appearance on the season premiere of Heroes' fourth season. In it, she portrayed Claire's ambitious college roommate Annie, with a career trejectory chart and everything. Annie's unexplained death set up what may be a subplot for the rest of the season as Claire investigates Annie's death with her second roommate.

I heard that Melvin almost got the other part, the one of the roommate but lost it to the other girl its a shame I thought Melvin would be on the show longer.

Her character was annoying, but she was good in the part. It would've been very interesting to see her in the role of Claire's new friend.
