Jillian's Y&R Spoilers

Phyllis/Patty: Big Red walks in on Summer reading a letter (She can read letters now?) from Patty. When Phyllis finds out it's from Patty, she gets pissed and sets off for a showdown. Patty tries to tell her she wasn't mentally stable when she poisoned Summer, but Phyllis isn't trying to hear what Patty has to say.
Phyllis goes on the warpath, warning Patty to stay clear of her family. Dr. Emily walks in and tries to back up Patty's claim, but all she winds up doing is getting Big Red even more upset. Dr. Emily tosses Phyllis out of Patty's room, as Phyllis reiterates her statement for both lookalikes to stay clear of her family.
Chance/Chloe: The fashionista tries to explain her feelings to Det. Chancellor, but Phillip shows up and puts a damper on things at Crimson Lights. After they all leave, Chance walks into the middle of a robbery. He attempts to diffuse the situation, but winds up getting knifed! Chance is rushed to the hospital, and his loved ones are advised his spleen may be removed. Chloe finally breaks down, admitting to Kay she has feelings for Chance as Nina overhears. The family is told Chance will be okay. Chloe stays at his bedside, and admits her feelings, just as Chance wakes up!
Afterwards, Nina and Chloe have a run in. Mama Bear tries to scurry Chloe off, but the fashionista lets it be known she's going to be in Chance's life. Nina knows Chloe has real feelings for Chance, however she still doesn't want her son involved with the schemer. Chloe clears up her relationship with Billy for Nina, insisting she's over him. Chance takes a turn for the worse.
Phyllis: She receives a stunning revelation from Patty that may alter the course of things.
Lauren: At Daniel and Amber's wedding, she's presented with a gift.
Phillip: He may fly the coop from GC.

I hope Phillip stays in GC, otherwise why the eff bring him back?
They made such a big deal about Thom's return: no one expected his last-second cameo back in May. They taped it weeks ahead of time on the weekend on a closed set. Then he returns for real in July and they pretty much just drop the story after tons of build up and suspense.
I'm still hoping for Cricket's return so she can interact with Phillip and Nina...
Speaking of Nina, I'm annoyed how she's being used to prop Chloe and Chance. Uhg.

Can someone tell me how Patty suddenly remembers Summer when it has been said more than once that Patty has no knowlegde of the past 20 years!.........And now all of a sudden she remembers not only what she did to Summer but she's affirming that she was mentally ill at the time!!! This is too hilarious. The writers obviously have no idea what they are doing and cant remember their own recent writings. This show is a colossal joke!! Ha

I totally agree with you. One minute she does not remember then all of a sudden she remembers AND she is now in her right mind to know she was not mentally stable. The Y and R writers should be ashamed of themselves!

But, this show has been so disappointing lately. I find myself working on my computer or checking Twitter while it's on now. This show used to be on fire! Now I want to watch GH before it. I'm not sure I can put my finger on what's wrong or even what I don't like, but I'm just almost bored with it I guess. Does anyone else feel the same or have a reason why it's not so good right now? I really love Y&R, so I don't like admitting these things...

So I guess Stacy Haiduk is sticking around then?
If Stacy is sticking around, it looks like there is potential for her and Jack and/or maybe Paul romantically. But I don' get that Jack would be able to fall for Stacy's new character, Dr. Emily, when he couldn't fall for Patty with the new (Dr. Emily's) face. I guess they could spin it that Jack feels bad for his treatment of Patty and is more open-minded, but I wouldn't buy it because he already looks like he is hot-to-trot for the new doctor.

I like that they aren't always on the same days. The are on together or different days.
arielade I watch GH first too. I used to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS watch GH first. Then during the Phick affair I had to watch YR first. Sometimes I flip flop back and forth but right now it's GH first. YR has provided me with a lot of thumb exercises in the past while. When is Amelia going on maternity leave they keep tricking us into thinking she's gone? I was like shoot she's back fassstforward.

I totally agree with you. Y&R is a shell of what it used to be. The writers treat us like we are stupid, and the storylines are ridiculous. What they did to the Adam character is unforgivable, and pairing him with Sharon is disgusting. I have come to hate all the characters because the writers have them behaving like people I dont know except for Billy. I have watched Y&R since it began in 1973, and I am this close to dumping it like I did all the others.

Please give Sharon back her baby, Give Kathryn back her real daughter & Let it be a GL alum. Please let Mick end up being a Hughes, Snyder, or a Stenbeck, so he will stick around. Or maybe little Johnny, Barbaras son with John. I just want ATWT to keep Tom. Also I am missing Kim Zimmer and Beth Ehlers already!

OMG bilbode I think you're on to something--I know alot of people seem to think trashy Amber's even trashier mother Tawny is Ryder's mama, but I'm leaning toward you're suggestion--and considering all the tension being created by the writers between Lauren and Ryder, it would only make sense to write him as the son of Lauren's archrival. This storyline might prove interesting after all, especially if it means more screen time for the divine Tracey E.Bregman.

Ryder is some dummy that they tried to develp a story line for by having him be Kevin's half brother. BORING!
RED is Phyllis and her confronting PATTI was stupid as PATTI is living in the past and doesn't even know who Phyllis or her daughter Summer are. They really need to quit giving us this dumb stuff.
