Is Meredith Hagner Out at ATWT?

They all ready killed off a father and daughter on y&r. If she goes why can't she just go off to college.

If DK is going to start killing off the second generation Snyder children,things aren't looking that great for the show's future.

Okay, was anyone really shocked that she might be leaving? Her couple of episodes on Royal Pains were lauded by TV critics and a lot of people liked her too. I always said she wasn't going to stay long...too much potential (I feel the same way about Mick Hazen who plays Parker).

My only beef is, I don't see why she can't just go to college like Freem06 said. That way the character can come back if they wanted later on. After all she is a third generation Snyder and in a few years they are going to need more young adults on the screen.

I don't think I can wrap my mind around another soap death!

I'm not surprised that Meredith may be leaving. This young lady is very talented. But I implore ATWT: don't kill her off! Let her leave town. That way she can always be brought back if she wishes.

I'm just as shocked as all of you about the death of another character. First Brad now Liberty? Where's that going to leave Janet?

But I must say I find Meredith extremely talented and am not surprised she's getting other offers in. She's quite the natural actor.

The writers from GL that came over love killing people off. I'm not surprised, anyone who want to leave will die.

If Liberty goes and Carly and Jack are going to be getting back together sometime in the future, then what will keep Janet (Julie Pinson) around? She will not be needed.

I see Janet leaving so news that Meredith Hagner might be out comes as no surprise, but I doubt the rumors are just because of her talent - I think the whole Ciccone family leaving Oakdale with the exception of maybe Terri sticking around if they pair her with Dusty.

Yeah, Janet & Dusty!!!! She and he would be great and I like both of them.

I with you Mike, no more deaths on soaps for awhile. Let her leave town for college and make sporadic episodes. I don't blame her for trying out for other projects because we don't know if ATWT is going to be around for long, I hope I am wrong. But I am hearing that Marie might leave, so why not kill off Meg? That would certainly raise ratings and many fans would love that. LOL.

Good luck to MH. I can't say Liberty is a fave for me--but MH is a good actress and it will be fun to see what happens with her career. I don't want to see a cancer s/l. Too much after Brad and her miscarriage. Send her off to school.

In that same item, Nelson mentioned that Marie W (Meg) may be leaving as well. This made my year. I think she is one of the weakest actors on the show which has a really strong cast.

Now, I have read on another site that she is staying. Do you all know if this is so?

A Who Killed Meg Murder Mystery could have some fantastic fallout and bring in higher ratings if done right. I can't understand why they would keep this character. TPTB's obsession with her has clearly hurt this show and the ratings prove it. I dont' care if she is suddenly a bitch--I can't stand her.

If they need more Snyder women--why not bring back Ellie or Iva?. Or, perhaps Ellie, Iva or Seth has a daughter that could show up on Emma's door. A little hellion who could bring some story for Emma and Parker. They wouldn't be related--by blood anyway--LOL
