DC #480: CBS and DAYS Dr. Pepper and Popcorn
On today's CBS and Days of our Lives episode of Daytime Confidential Luke, Jillian and Melodie discuss the latest in As the World Turns, The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless storylines and news, including:
Carly returns to Oakdale to find out that Craig is cheating on her with Rosanna. Jack mourns Brad and talks to Benjamin Franklin. Liberty finds out that Jack was drinking the day he killed Brad. What happens if Meredith Hagner leaves ATWT? Will Carly rescue Jack? Meg is getting her bitch back. As the World Turns casts Paulina Porizkova as Clarrisa, a character with a connection to Simon.
One week Sarah Brown was in at General Hospital, the next week she's out and over at The Bold and the Beautiful. The DC gang shares their first impressions of Brown on B&B and discuss her new character. Steffy's moving up in the world very fast, but does it makes sense? Betty White returns to B&B.
Hope discovers Carly at her house, confronts her and the two have it out on Days of our Lives. Meanwhile, Vivian plans to return to Salem, but where is Ivan? Vivian needs her Ivan. Rafe and Sami reunite. Will he reveal Nicole's secret? Does Rafe know that his sister is undercover?
Billy takes on the Newman family on The Young and the Restless. Can he get away with it? Lily battles for her life with Cane at her side. Katherine is going to do an IPO of Chancellor Industries which has Ashley and Jack looking to buy stock, but not telling each other. Stop in the name of Chance, er the law. Chance is stabbed, but is the character boring? Would Y&R make him more interesting if they pit Nina and Chloe against each other in a battle over chance ala Brooke and Stephanie on B&B?
All this and much more on today's show.

Jillian, if you're not going to say it, then I will. Joshua Morrow can't act and him going up against Billy Miller in a scene is laughable.

Chloe and Devon? He don't like her, she's not related to him, but maybe if Neil adopts her...
I like Chance and Chloe, they are adorable, and yes he's a little boring, but when he's around her I find him so cute, specially when he's holding Delia. I just hope that if they go for a PTSD storyline to make him a little darker is not to make Billy save Chloe from big bad Chance. That's a fear I had since the moment I realized Bac was plain terrible and Billy was probably moving into Chloe and Chance's orbit.
Carly's dreams of Lawrence was soooo good! I didn't expected and for just a second I thought it wasn't a dream. Perfectly soapy, I loved it. And I really liked Carly and Hope's confrontation.
