Peformers of the Week - Arianne Zucker & Allison Sweeney...I couldn't pick between the two, so I chose both as my POW. Everything leading up to the baby switch reveal on Days has been great, especially the acting from both Arianne & Allison. They'll probably be right here next week as well!
Honorable Mentions - Kathy Brier...For showing that OLTL made a big mistake in letting her go!; Hillary B. Smith; Adrienne Frantz & Michael Graziadei; Michelle Stafford
Dshonorable Mentions - Ingo Rademacher...He's making Jax seem like he's indifferent in getting his wife back. He delivers his lines in the same manner when he should be passionate about getting Carly back.; Farah Fath & her hair...AGAIN! She loked liked a cockatoo on Friday.; Clementine Ford...Just check that box off for me Mel!; Lastly, the girls that play Abby and Daisy on Y&R...No explanation needed!

Most improve is Taylor Speitler (Mia, Days). She stepped it up opposite Crystal Chappell. Loved their scenes on today's eppy. Honorable mention goes to Casey Jon Dedrick (Chad, Days). What I have seen of him post debut has been promising and I wish he was tied to a core/cast as Will, but yeah he has been great. He and Mark Hapka (Nathan) have filled the spots vacated by Darin and Blake in terms of good actors playing vialble yng leads.
Dishonorable Mention goes to John Brtherton (ex-Jared, OLTL). What a way to go out! Shouting and bad.

POW
Roscoe Born as Mitch Laurence from One Life to Live He made the show enjoyable this week he is insane. I hope he stays on the show for awhile.
Tricia Cast as Nina Webster from The Young and The Restless For being a fierce mother lion with Chance, Also Going on with her life without the love of her life Phillip.
Crystal Chappell as Carly Manning Alamain Loved her scenes with her in Jail and her illusions of her dead husband Lawrence haunting her. She was great with Taylor Spreitler. Taylor even gave it her all on Friday. She is even giving Kristian Alfonso a run for her money.
HM's Florencia Lozano as Tea Delgado from One Life To Live
She brought so much pain and emotion to the scenes when it came to her daughter and trying to protect her.
Kathy Brier as Marcie Mcbain on OLTL She performed so well in her scenes she is missed on this show. They need to bring her back.
DM's Yvonne Zima as Daisy on young and the restless she needs to go ASAP.
Clementine Ford as Mac Browning Can casting get Lindze Letherman ex Georgie from GH a call for the role. She will be the right for the part.
Farah Fath 's hair and her tasteless acting this week.
John Paul Lavosier Oh my god when he found Mitch , was his Dad. He was just like my father Is Mitch Laurence and stared there bewildered and dumbfounded come on now JPL. Your better than this.

Performer of the week: Arianne Zuker, for being confident in her deception at one moment, then, in a split second the confidence turns to horror when she realizes her world is crumbling around her. You hate her, but you also understand her.
Honorable mention: Billy Miller, who, despite his brash attitude, is seeing his friends and family desert him one by one, and he makes you feel for him, even though you are mad at him.
Dis-honorable mention: Clementine Ford-- BORING. How one show have two such boring actresses as Clementine and the actress who plays Victoria is beyond me. Watching scenes with either one is like watching students in a first-semester high school drama class try to act, and even at that I have seen better high school students acting than either one of these two.

POTW - Kathy Brier - Welcome back Marcie and thanks for reminding me how much I love and still miss your character.
Honorable Mention - Allison Sweeney and Ari Zucker - They are amazing and I have a feeling that next week will be even better!
Dishonorable Mention - Farrah Fath and her awful hair. That mess on her head looks like the aftermath of a hair fight between her and Kate Gosselin and Farrah obviously lost! Schuyler should have shaved her bald while she was passed out!

Honorable Mention: Bree Williamson and Kathy Brier (man I wish they never let her go)
Dishonorable mention: Farah Fath, John Brotherton and JPL

Performers of the Week-
Michelle Stafford- Loved her going after Stacy Haiduk's new character, Dr. Emily. She was fabulous as a mother determined to protect her child from that psycho Patty.
Tricia Cast- She was awesome with everything having to do with Chance being in the hospital. I loved her reaction when Philip ran off. She's had to deal with raising this boy on her own most of his life and she was ready to do it again.
Honorable Mentions-
Alexandra Chando for her reactions to Hunter's attempts to flirt with her. She was cracking me up on Monday and Tuesday. She looked at him like "seriously"?
Melissa Claire Egan for selling one of the most ridiculous storylines on All My Children with her fake miscarriage. This poor woman has been saddled with the worst storylines and she acts her heart out like a trooper.
Dishonorable Mention-
Clementine Ford- She was on all week and she was awful all week. I'd also like to give a dishonorable mention to her ponytail because it rivals Felicia's ponytail on the Bold and the Beautiful. I don't know where they got that weave ponytail from but it's so bad.

POTW-Florencia Lozano. She's selling desperation and at the same time keeping the character strong and determined. In another actresses hands, her reasoning would be muddled, but Florencia makes sense of Tea's warped logic
HM-Melissa Claire Egan.AMC is a mess, but she is one of the few bright spots. When Annie told Scott to push her down the stairs,I laughed out loud...then quickly switched back to DAYS.
Allison Sweeney. When she was finding out that Sydney was alive and processing what Rafe was telling her,she played Sami's sadness and elation pitch perfect
DM-Farrah Fath.OLTL needs to scare her into doing her job.She fell asleep at the wheel in a big way.Her version of drunk read like a kid with ADD and a speech impediment.
Clementine Ford. She has about as much passion and charisma as a corpse.
MI-Taylor Spreitler. She wasn't amazing, but Crystal Chappell will make anyone wake the hell up

Well I only watched Days and GH this week so:
POTW-Arianne Zucker as Nicole, she was amazing as things started to spiral out of control. She rocked those scenes. Allison Sweeney was great too but I think next week will be hers.
HM-Drew Garrett as Michael, he is fast becoming my favorite young actor. Crystal Chappell as Carly, great jail moments from her. Today's episode got me interested in where Carly is going with Mia. Are they going somewhere with this or was it more about the baby stuff? (Did anyone else see Olivia when she told off Chad??)
DM-(Ok, don't kill me but...) Kristian Alfonso as Hope, I don't know...I am just not feeling her reactions to the situation with Bo and Carly. I FF her and Justin much of the week. And Ingo Radamacher as Jax, definently the weakness in his storyline on GH right now.
6 January 2008
8 hours 18 min
Rebecca Herbst and Tyler Christopher. There scenes in Liz's studio were amazing. They also have that red hot chemistry that makes it diffcult to chose between Liz/Lucky or Liz/Nik.
Julie Berman for making Lulu the SHREW again. Dangling Dante's life in front of his face wasn't cute at all.
I just wanted to comment on that picture and how sexy Paul looks in those glasses. My goodness that is the sexiness man I know who wears a rug.
8 November 2009
1 day 5 hours
POW Hailey and Lauren Sinnema the twins who play Sydney DiMera. She is just the cutest thing & I love when they keep her in scenes on days. she's my little scene stealer. But for real, Michelle Stafford did great this week. She is just fantastic w/ Daniel and Patty.
HM Crystal Chappel. The storyline is slow but she is still great. She also made Taylor Spreitler act. Roscoe Born cause he enticed me all week w/ Mitch. Lexi Ainsworth cause i really like how she is playing her abuse s/l. it really happens people & she's playing it realistically. Finally, Billy Miller, Tricia Cast, & Elizabeth Hendrickson. Billy is just so fli. Tricia & Elizabeth are the only saving grace w/ the whole Phillip/Chance whatever that is going on. They need to hire Greg Vaughan back as Diego & hook him up w/ Chloe cause that would be hot.
MI Taylor Spreitler. her scenes w/ Carly must have done something to her cause the girl seemed to have genuine emotion w/ her. Bless you Crystal Chappel for getting this girl to act.
DM Kristian Alfonso. Hope is killing me in this s/l. i watch days w/ my grandpa & everytime she comes on the screen he yells "That Damn Bitch Hope". Kristian has just been so UGH since Ciara was kidnapped. Also Clemintine Ford for being just awful. Y&R needs to get Billy away from her cause she is just toxically awful. she is sucking the life out of so many characters. why do they insist on torturing us w/ her presence. And now they're trying to bore us by throwing her in w/ Cane & Lily. What did we do to deserve this?
6 August 2008

POW - Has to be a tie between Allison Sweeney and Arianne Zuker. They are clearly the leading ladies of Days at this time. I knew that Allison would knock it out of the park with this reveal and she came through. I should hate Nicole so much for what she has done, but somehow Ari makes my feel sympathy for her. This storyline is pure soapy goodness and the performers elevate it to greatness.
21 November 2008
3 hours 46 min
However corny, campy and logic defying as his presence is, Roscoe Borne as Mitch Lawrence on OLTL brought The Evil. His introduction, his disturbing encounter with Viki, chatting with Nash's corpse, and the prayer voiceover were all just pitch perfect.
I have no idea where any of this is going, but, for now, it feels like old school soap.
And although I do feel the Sweeney/Zucker love, judging from the promo posted here on DC, I think their best scenes are coming up next week! Those clips look amazing! The Bitch is back! Ha!
8 June 2008
2 days 9 hours
My performer of the week would have to be Allison Sweeney, the way she reacted to Rafe finally telling her the truth made my heart hurt and be so excited for her at the same time. When she talked about how much she loved Grace and it didn't make any sense, it was REALLY good stuff. I was late for work and daytime hasn't made me want to do that for awhile.
Honorable Mentions: Arianne Zuker, Chrystal Chappel for her AMAZING job of getting Taylor Speitler finally make me actually feel something for her character. Her scenes with Chappel were heartwrenching and surprising. It's nice to see Days mixing Carly into the cast. Also, Steve Burton (GH) it was nice to see Jason actually think about how WRONG Michael is turning out and it is because of his lifestyle. The flashback was nice too, I'm all for flashbacks.
Dishonorable Mentions: I'm with everyone with Farah Fath (OLTL)...she's really dropping the ball in her acting skills and that is so sad because I love her.
16 October 2009
3 hours 41 min
Performer of the Week: No one ever seems to mention AMC, but I will. Melissa Claire Egan (Annie) was just fantastic this week, again! She's never given proper credit! On Friday's episode, she was so great...her scene with Ryan where she called him out on all of his wrongs, and how she said she was a fighter. Great. And then the whole struggle scene with Ryan, Melissa did great. She asked Scott on Thursdays episode to throw her down the stairs, LOL! So crazy, But you gotta love Annie
. Not to mention her genuine anguish for Adam as he collapsed at their wedding. Melissa Claire Egan rocked this week for me!
HM: Allison Sweeney (Sami) on DAYS! Breathtaking scenes on Thursday as she found out that Sydney was really her child! I really felt for Sami, those scenes were just awesome...kudos to Allison! She nailed it! And Arianne Zucker (Nicole), no doubt nailed it Also. And I bet next week, James Scott (EJ) will be on my list to! Days is doing great right now!

POTW
Roscoe Born OLTL
The Minute Roscoe returned as Mitch Lawerence he stole the show. Roscoe is so mexmirizing its scary and the way he uses the bible versus scary
HM-
Brett Claywell & Scott Evans (Kyle & Oliver, OLTL)
Okay Brett was awesome in conveying his love & pure desire for Oliver on their first offical date. The looks he gave Oliver said it all even though his words said differently. Plus Brett was also great and understanding and compassionate listening to Layla talk about Evangeline. About Loving her sister but also being her shadow. The calm Brett showcased in his advice was brilliant
Scott Evans as Oliver showed us that Dork we love and how comfortable he is finally becoming in his own skin. Oliver also defending his right to kiss kyle when Cris & Layla were hassiling him was priceless. Also in his scenes with Layla, Oliver's desire to want her to be happy and his obvious still want to fix that he hurt her in the past came thru beautifully
DM
JPL-Ok man you just found your Dad is Mitch Lawerence and all you can do is be deadpan
Farah Fath needs to have someone teach her how to play drunk
Terell Tilford Im sorry but the guy has two different emotions, he is either way over the top or doesnt emote enough, where is the middle ground
John Brotherton, I know you got fired and it sucks but your still filming at this point, you gotta give 150%. Your not & It shows
19 April 2009

Performer Of The Week: Is Michelle Stafford when she laying down the law to Patty and when she confront Decaon about Daniel was hot Alison Sweeney when she found out Sydney is her daughter was great and Arianna Zuker as Nicole when she realize her lies are about to come out you can feel her pain
Honorable Mentions: are Melissa Archer as Natalie I thought she did good this week Kathy Brier just for coming on my screen I know All My Children suck but I like to give it to Melissa Clarie Egan I think she the only one carry this storyline Drew Garrett as Michael this kid is getting good Crystal Chappell her scene in jail was great and love her oppsite Taylor Speitler was amazing I also like to give it to Taylor Speitler she did great oppsite Crystal Chappell made her act and the boy who played Chad was great to I love it when Crystall Chappell told Chad off I saw a little bit of Olivia in there Dishonorable Mentions:are I love Farah Fath but she getting on my nerves Clementine Ford she is boring please recast Mack because she my favorite character and I love billy and mac and she making not like my favorite couple

30 March 2009
5 hours 8 min
POW-Michelle Stafford-She was in classic Phyliss form this week and I LOVED it! Her and Stacy Hadiuck work really well off each other. Phyliss telling Daniel that he shouldn't marry Amber was good too.
Honorable Mentions -
Billy Miller for him calling Cane (Crocodile Dun Dee or something like that...he was good and very funny. Loved his scenes with Jack at Newman.)
Haley Erin- I am enjoying rebellious Abby. Her and Ashley's confrontation had me rolling when she told Ashley which father the one we buried or the one you ran out of the country.
Florencia Lozano - I don't remember Tea from the other spells that I watched OLTL but I love her character. She's my favorite character on OLTL right now. She was hitting Nora with those one liners when they were arguing at boarding school. She had me cracking up.
Dishonorable Mentions
John Paul Lavoisier- He's just bad. Everytime he comes on my screen I cringe. It's a hot mess at best. His acting style is just horrible. I hate all scenes with his character. That reveal on who his dad was was just stupid and his mannerisms just throws everything off.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood - she's just bad. That mess with Bill was just stupid and nauseating.
5 April 2008
3 weeks 3 days
Performer of the Week - Alison Sweeney was awesome this week and I have a feeling it's only going to get better. She played the scene where Rafe reveals Sydney's paternity so well. Confusion, anger, elation...it was all there in the span of a few minutes. It will be interesting to see where this goes once Sami has some time to plan her next steps.
Honorable Mention - In the midst of the screaming and flailing that was the Mitch Laurence reveal on OLTL, Brian Kerwin kept it grounded. He embodied all the confusion I was feeling about this story. Then when Charlie found out the secret Jared was protecting he went so quickly from steadfast defense of Jared, to confusion and disbelief, to incredible guilt when he realized he was responsible for Jared's death.
Most Improved - Have to hop on the Taylor Spreitler train this week. Hate to give it to her for a couple scenes, but during the Friday scenes with Mia, Carly, and Chad, my mouth went agape. Whoever helped this girl hit a new level should get a medal.
Dishonorable Mention - Farah Fath. Oh, sweet child. You're in a decent story, on screen 4-5 days a week, in scenes with Scott Clifton, and you can't step it up? Gigi's drunk scenes were painful the watch and not in a good way. She just seemed bored (both actress and character).
19 January 2008
1 week 2 hours
POTW- Roscoe Born & Kathie Brier (OLTL)- For someone who is suppose to be dead, Mitch Lawrence keeps on coming back to life more crazy and fascinating then ever before. Even thou Mitch Lawrence is the most evil, sadistic and craziest character to ever grace daytime, TPTB over at OLTL need to keep him for a while. He can make people cringe and others fall for him in his own mad way. Lets hope OLTL ratings will jump because of this awesome storyline.
To see Marcie again was awesome! I felt as thou I was teased, when she showed up at Cloe's grave! Also, KB pulled off a wonderful performance on 11/13 when Marcie went into labor. It made me smile when Michael & Marcie welcomed the baby that they wanted for so long. Her scenes were great and KB is soo needed back! Please! Please! Please OLTL, bring her back! She is so missed and is a true talent!
HM- Allison Sweeney and Adrian Zunker- I only watch Days when the story is good and the whole baby switch story leading up to last weeks episodes have been great. All I have to say is "The Bitch Is Back!" Sammy is gonna make Nicole's life a living hell! Melissa Claire Edgan from AMC, for once seeing Annie actually having true feelings for Adam is making me like her for a change. Scott Evans and Brett Claywell (Kish, OLTL) for finally expressing their feelings out in the open!
DHM- JPL (Rex, OLTL)- Come on man, if I found out that Mitch Lawrence was my biological dad, I'd be having a mental breakdown right then and there. You're a more talented actor than what you played out on the screen. A blank stare and a puzzled "Mitch Lawrence is my father" isn't dramatic acting. Farah Fath- She needs to take a cue from Ilene Kirstin (Roxy) on how to be a good drunk, because Roxy is one of the best drunks on daytime (and Nikki Smith when Vicki lets her out).
25 August 2009
3 weeks 4 days
Best: Roscoe Born, Brian Kerwin, John Brotherton (don't know what everyone else saw that I didn't, but I thought this was some of his best work by far), Jonathan Jackson

totally just heard a rumor that Mia may be an Alamain & doesn't know it. i'm hoping that's true cause that means more scenes w/ crystal chappel & taylor spreitler works really well w/ her.
7 November 2009
14 weeks 3 days
My Performer of the Week was Roscoe freaking Born! Man, does he bring the evil or does he bring the evil? I was laughing and experiencing chills up and down my spine simultaneously.
Honorable Mentions: Laura Wright continued to rock this week as she dealt with Carly's feelings of being betrayed by Jax and her worries for Michael's future. Melissa Archer was great during Jared's shooting and death scenes. Bruce Weitz was hilariously, perfectly over the top as Anthony learned about Claudia's death. Finally, Tricia Cast was absolutely brilliant during the entire time Chance was in the hospital, especially her interactions with Phillip and Chloe.
Dishonorable Mention: I agree with everyone who said Farah Fath and/or John Paul Lavoisier. It kills me to remember how much I used to like both of them, and how much better their acting used to be. Brianne Moncrief was absolutely terrible this week, too. Colby's reaction to learning that Adam killed Stuart was the lowlight of AMC this week, which is certainly saying something with the mess the show has become! Thank God she's been recast.
30 May 2009

POW: evil Roscoe Born coming out of the shadows.
HM: Tricia Cast's hospital scenes on Y&R.
DM: Florencia Lozano was totally-over-the-top in her London scenes.

My Performer of the week is Crystal Chappell as Carly Alamain for taking her licks in jail this week. Crystal is really bringing it to the role of Carly.
My Honorable Mention is Michell Stafford as Phyllis for confronting Decon Sharpe and getting in his face. I love Michelle's in your face acting style.
My Dishonorable Mention is Alison Sweeney. I am sorry, but I never buy her acting and stomping around, looking confused and dishelved. She never sells it for me.
14 November 2009
18 weeks 10 hours
My Performer of the week is of course Crystal Chappell as Carly in Days.
In my Opinion her role is getting better and better from week to week.
I love the jail scenes and the way Crystal performs the short scenes.
The Dishonorable Mention is Alison Sweeney. Sorry, but I just don't like her because she has no passion.
