Mark Derwin in "Secret Life of the American Teenager"

Mark Derwin, who once starred on One Life to Life as Viki's husband Ben Davidson, is set to appear on ABC Family's new show The Secret Lives of the American Teenager opposite of 80's icon Molly Ringwald. Other familiar names starring on the show are Smallville and Dukes of Hazzard star John Schneider and Sopranos' Steve Schirripa. Yes indeed he was Mallet,

Yes indeed he was Mallet, way back in the early 90's. I remember when MD first came on as Anthony Camelleti (AC), and he was involved with Francesca, and trying to get her away from her Godfather-type daddy. Back in those days, I liked his friendships with Frank, Mindy, and of course Harley, and his feud with Roger. Good times. Of course we have Mallet on the show now with Rob Bogue, but it might as well be a different character now. Sad

I think they do mean John...I loved him as Clark's dad. I'm glad he's part of the mix! It premiers tonight at 8pm on ABC Family for anyone interested. I really love the solid family dramas like 7th Heaven and this cast is really impressive, so I'll be definitely be tuning in!
