Noah Newman Recast

As reported two months ago, the previous Noah Newman played by Hunter Allen's last tape date was May 20 and the character has been only heard offscreen by his parents away at summer camp.
No word yet on what his storyline will be but, some say the adult Noah may be involved with the 20 something sect on Y&R.

You SOOOOO beat me to this post by 5 mintues!! It's ok though. Great minds think alike. I let my mom see who the new Noah was and she said "Is he gonna be on tomorrow? I've got to see him!" It made me laugh.
Isn't "Cheaper by the Dozen" also the nickname Victor has for the number of kids he's had?

Don't they realize when they age the kids, it also ages the parents?! This makes Nick & Sharon seem like 40+...

I understand why the would feel the need to age Noah to kick start the new generation into the swing of things but I had no idea they would age him to 20. I thought maybe he would be 16 and growing but 20? This could put him in orbit with the Chloe's, Amber's and Devon's of the show and they WERE 10 year older then he was, at least, before he left for camp. I just hope they ahve a defiitive plan or direction for him and they did not just age him to rid the canvas of kids. I thought he might be like a Kimberly McCullogh and actually age real life with the show. Hunter Allen was a terrific little actor and could have organically become the next generation of Newmans. Now, I noticed that Summer is a few years older and i hear they are aging Fenmore. I am not sure we need so many pre-tweens coming aboard yet. Next thing we know, Fenmore will be impregnating Summer. SORAS'ing is nothing new and we as soap viewers have come to accept that it is just part of the genre to help the show grow and populate with legacy, core characters and not have to create new ones.
The aging of Noah is still conservative in soap terms.
The worst case of SORAS'ing of all-time is on GL where Leah Bauer was born in 2004 and came back to the show in 2006....as a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD!

Although this actor is 20, I thought that Noah is supposed to be about 15 now with the SORAS? I think I read somewhere that that's what the plan is.
Yeah, the aging of Leah Bauer was horrid!
