So much is happening on Days of our Lives this week – Carly gets closer to Salem, but encounters an unconscious Rafe along the way; Bo and Hope talk, but I don't think Bo will like this conversation much; and Nicole is forced to reveal one more lie she told EJ about Sydney when Chad comes knocking on the door looking for "his" baby. All this and more, this week on the Preview from Denial Island (Oct 12-16).
Carly/Rafe: Carly’s plane to Salem had to make an emergency landing. Luckily for Carly, she knows an old pal in the area, and he agrees to sail her up the river (yes, really) to Salem. Along the way, they find Rafe in the water. Me wonders how an unconscious Rafe, dumped in the water by Meredith the other week, hasn’t drowned by now, but ok. Omar (Carly’s friend) and his crew fish Rafe out of the water. Rafe isn’t breathing, so Carly administers mouth-to-mouth to resuscitate him. It’s a good thing she does. Otherwise, Rafe wouldn’t be alive to save her life when one of the boat crew turns out to be an Ala-minion. It’s too much effort for Rafe, he lapses back into semi-consciousness, babbling about a baby. Will he tell Carly about Sydney? READ MORE

If you’re not watching Days of Our Lives, now is the time to tune in! Lots of things are happening this week including: EJ learning the truth about Nicole’s miscarriage; Carly begins making her way back to Salem; and Melanie has two boys fighting over her. All this and more, this week on the Preview from Denial Island (Oct 5-9).
Carly/Bo/Justin: What did you think of the two-second glimpse of Carly on Friday's episode? Killing Lawrence and then cut! Scene and show over! This week Carly is trying to get to Salem; she needs Bo’s help to protect someone. Who is this someone? You’ll have to tune in, all will be revealed in true DAYS time and style (which is also code for, Brooke doesn’t know either). Carly tries to call both Bo and Justin from the plane, but turbulence makes this impossible. In Salem, Bo is busy being angry at Hope for leaving town with Ciara. He and Justin have a little chat about it, but the scene has been well set for a Bo/Carly/Hope love triangle, wouldn’t you say? READ MORE
DAYS Video Preview
Submitted by Brooke on October 4, 2009 - 12:46amHow good was last week's Days of Our Lives? After watching this video preview, for the week of Oct. 5, it looks to be just as good! I know the preview only shows EJ (James Scott), Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and the baby reveal storyline, which is something I'm looking forward to, but for Carly (Crystal Chappell) fans, more than just a glimpse of your girl is coming this week. She's on a plane to Salem!
Alamainia Hath No Fury Like Carly Manning Scorned on DAYS!

I half expect my DVR to stop working any second. I keep rewinding the blink-and-you'll-miss-it ending to Friday's Days of Our Lives over and over again. CARLY'S (Crystal Chappell) BACK BITCHES!!! And not only that, but she's a MURDERESS, and this time for real. Auntie Viv (Louise Sorel) ain't framing her by offing elderly patients at University!
Okay, okay, sure I had read the spoilers and knew Carly would kill Lawrence (Chappell's real life hubby Michael Sabatino), but nothing could have prepared me for actually seeing the once noble Katerina Von Leuschner carving the baddie like a Thanksgiving Turkey! I remember Larry being a mofo—he raped Carly's BFF Jennifer Rose (Melissa Reeves) and "killed" Patch Johnson (Stephen Nichols)— but hell, I thought Carly's love changed him? READ MORE

Exciting times are ahead for some of the residents of Salem, with Chloe reuniting with Daniel, a proposal of marriage for Kate and drunken bender in store for Lucas. Yes, it’s all happening this week on Days of our Lives (Sep 21-25). At least it’s starting to, and it’s about time! What else is in store? Melanie and Nathan get out of jail, Hope tells Bo she’s leaving him and Brady and Arianna talk about their breakup. All this and more on the Preview from Denial Island.
Kate/Stefano: Kate’s in trouble up to her neck now that she’s holding Daniel captive, and with Chloe awake and ready to point the finger, she needs a higher power to help her out. A power higher than Victor? Well, he did tell her she was on her own, so it seems Kate has no alternative but to turn to the very man she rejected last week – Stefano. But you don’t get something for nothing when you’re dealing with a DiMera – and Stefano definitely wants something… her hand in marriage. The “happy event” goes ahead despite Philip’s pleas to reconsider, and Kate wakes up a newlywed but still fantasizing about Daniel. READ MORE

DAYS' Lindsay Hartley: "This Character is Nothing Like Theresa"
Submitted by Jamey Giddens on September 7, 2009 - 10:13pm
Passions alum Lindsay Hartley assures Days of Our Lives fan the role of Arianna won't become Theresa 2.0 now that she's assumed the part.
"This character is nothing like Theresa," Hartley told me on the red carpet outside of the 36th Annual Daytime Emmys. "Arianna is a drug dealer, but she has a strong motivation for what she's doing that you will see very soon. What I love about being on DAYS is that the stories have a resolution. They don't just go on and on without any pay off. You will definitely see pay off with Arianna's story." READ MORE
